At Oxford Athletic Club, we believe in creating opportunities for kids to grow, explore, and thrive. Our Youth Programs offer a variety of enriching experiences, from high-energy fitness classes and creative dance sessions to fun-filled camps and engaging family activities. Designed to inspire confidence, teamwork, and joy, these programs provide the perfect blend of learning and play for every child.

Looking for a night out? We’ve got you covered! Drop your child off for our Traditional Date Night on Friday, May 9 from 5:00–9:00 PM, where kids ages 3–11 will enjoy an action-packed evening of swimming, sports, bounce house fun, and games. Dinner is now included in the program price of $50 per child.

Drop the kids off for a summer-themed Campfire & Cones Date Night while you enjoy an evening out! They’ll enjoy DIY s’mores cups, glow stick stories, obstacle courses, lawn games, bounce house fun, and a delicious dinner of pizza, fruit, and sweet potato fries.

Let your child’s creativity shine through movement in our Youth Dance With Me class! Held Wednesdays from 5:45 PM – 6:30 PM, this program encourages rhythm, self-expression, and coordination through fun, age-appropriate dance activities.

Strike a pose and sparkle on the dance floor in our Twinkle Toes Fusion – Barbie Dance class! Designed for dancers ages 6–8, this fabulous class runs from June 4 to July 23, every Tuesday from 5:45–6:30 PM in the Balance Studio. Kids will dance to upbeat, Barbie-inspired music while learning choreography that builds confidence, coordination, and creativity. It’s all about pink power, big dreams, and fun movement!

Get ready to ignite your passion for sports and fitness with our exhilarating four-week program! Join us for an action-packed adventure that includes soccer, basketball, pickleball, tag games, dodgeball, team-building drills, and more!

Let your little ones explore the joy of cooking in this interactive, hands-on class! Designed for ages 2-5, Tiny Tastes introduces young chefs to simple food preparation, textures, and flavors in a fun and supportive environment.

Open Rec Night begins Mondays in June at 7:00 PM and invites ages 10–16 to participate in rotating games like basketball, flag football, kickball, volleyball, and dodgeball.

This toddler movement class runs every Wednesday from 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM and is perfect for little ones who love to bounce, bop, and wiggle! With music and interactive play, it’s a wonderful way to support early development while having a blast.

Get ready to hula and twirl! Our Twinkle Toes Luau-themed dance session is perfect for little movers ages 3–5. Held in the Balance Studio on Sundays from 12:45–1:30 PM, this fun and energetic class runs from June 29 through August 3. Dancers will explore rhythm, coordination, and creative movement—all with a tropical twist! It’s the perfect way to stay active and express creativity this summer.

- Ages Infants - 5
Littles Open Gym welcomes infants through 5-year-olds every Monday from 9:30–10:30 AM on the left side of the basketball court. This unstructured, parent-supervised playtime encourages movement, exploration, and early socialization in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.

Youth Yoga runs Sunday mornings from 9:00 -9:45 for our children ages 4-9 in the balance studio! Youth Yoga introduces children to mindfulness, movement, and relaxation in a fun and age-appropriate way. Through playful poses, breathing exercises, and imaginative themes, kids develop strength, flexibility, balance, and focus.
