Oxford Athletic Club is a member-only facility; however, we invite guests to learn more about us. All guests receive one complimentary visit.

Adult Guest: Complete a guest waiver at the front desk and provide us with a photo ID. NO ID, NO ENTRY.
Child Guest: The parent of the guest (child) must sign the guest waiver and provide us with a copy of their photo ID prior to using the facility. Advanced registration is optional but encouraged.
Out of Town Guest: Contact our Membership Team for extended guest passes. Membership@oxfordathleticclub.com

Email memberservices@oxfordathleticclub.com to put your membership on freeze. Your membership can be frozen for 3 months in a calendar year. If the hold is for a medical reason, the maximum amount of time is 6 months in a calendar year upon receiving a doctor’s note.

Membership change forms can be completed at the front desk.
If a request for a member to be removed is received after the 1st of the month, you will be charged the full rate for that month and the member will be canceled on the last day of the month.

Members can use it for personal training, massage, private tennis or swim lessons, additional class fees, tennis court fees, kids programming, and in the Market Café. The expiration date will be noted on the sleeve of the card.

Yes, the monthly fee is deducted automatically on the 9th of every month.
