THRIVE

Thrive is a high-intensity circuit program designed to combine the benefits of resistance training with continuous movement to maximize fat burning and strength production. Workouts are programmed by Oxford Athletic Club trainers and kept to a consistent schedule so you can better plan your week!

Registration is only available to Thrive Subscription holders. Members interested in giving the program a try are welcome to drop into class at any of the scheduled class times. Try the classes out for a week and we know you’re going to love it!
