At Oxford Athletic Club, our certified personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals, no matter your level of experience. Whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build muscle, improve athletic performance, or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle, our team will create a personalized training plan tailored to your needs. 

60-minute session

A full hour of personalized training to focus on strength, endurance, and overall fitness goals.

duet session (2 people)

Partnered training sessions tailored to two clients, allowing for shared motivation and mutual goal achievement.

45-minute session

A focused, time-efficient workout that delivers results in less time without sacrificing intensity.

small group session (3-6 people)

Intimate group sessions (3 to 6 participants) offering personalized coaching in a supportive, social environment.
