At Oxford Athletic Club, we believe in creating opportunities for kids to grow, explore, and thrive. Our Youth Programs offer a variety of enriching experiences, from high-energy fitness classes and creative dance sessions to fun-filled camps and engaging family activities.

We’re thrilled to host our very first Kid’s FIELD DAY – a jam-packed afternoon of sunshine, games, music, and sweet summer treats! This event is open to all children participating in Summer Camp, Kids Programming, and Kid Zone, as well as those who just want to join the fun for the day!
What to Expect:
- Classic outdoor field games and group activities
- Music and Face painting
- A visit from the Kona Ice Truck
- Team challenges with our energetic staff
- Tons of smiles, sunshine, and movement
Who Can Participate:
- Children 12 months and older (must be able to walk)
- Open to Kid Zone guests, Summer Campers, Kid’s Programming participants, and any children registered for the event

This high-energy, non-contact boxing class introduces kids to the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and supportive environment. Through basic footwork, punches, agility drills, and shadow boxing, kids will build strength, coordination, and self-confidence — all while having fun and staying active.

Youth Yoga runs Sunday mornings from 9:00 -9:45 for our children ages 4-9 in the balance studio! Youth Yoga introduces children to mindfulness, movement, and relaxation in a fun and age-appropriate way. Through playful poses, breathing exercises, and imaginative themes, kids develop strength, flexibility, balance, and focus.

Littles Open Gym welcomes infants through 5-year-olds every Monday from 9:30–10:30 AM on the left side of the basketball court. This unstructured, parent-supervised playtime encourages movement, exploration, and early socialization in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.

Get ready to hula and twirl! Our Twinkle Toes Luau-themed dance session is perfect for little movers ages 3–5. Held in the Balance Studio on Sundays from 12:45–1:30 PM, this fun and energetic class runs from June 29 through August 3. Dancers will explore rhythm, coordination, and creative movement—all with a tropical twist! It’s the perfect way to stay active and express creativity this summer.

This toddler movement class runs every Thursday from 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM and is perfect for little ones who love to bounce, bop, and wiggle! With music and interactive play, it’s a wonderful way to support early development while having a blast.

This toddler movement class runs every Wednesday from 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM and is perfect for little ones who love to bounce, bop, and wiggle! With music and interactive play, it’s a wonderful way to support early development while having a blast.
- Date Night
- Ages: 4-11
An undercover night of spy games, secret agent training, and mystery-solving fun! Kids will transform into top agents with spy name tags, obstacle missions, and gadget-making challenges.
- Cooking
- Ages: 2-6
Let your little ones explore the joy of cooking in this interactive, hands-on class! Designed for ages 2-6, Tiny Tastes introduces young chefs to simple food preparation, textures, and flavors in a fun and supportive environment.
- Date Night
- Ages: 3-11
Looking for a night out? We’ve got you covered! Drop your child off for our Traditional Date Night on Friday, July 11 from 5:00–9:00 PM, where kids ages 3–11 will enjoy an action-packed evening of swimming, sports, bounce house fun, and games. Dinner is now included in the program price of $50 per child.
