At Oxford Athletic Club, we believe in creating opportunities for kids to grow, explore, and thrive. Our Youth Programs offer a variety of enriching experiences, from high-energy fitness classes and creative dance sessions to fun-filled camps and engaging family activities.

Enjoy a night out while your little ones enjoy an evening of fun! Our Little Tykes Date Night is designed just for our younger members, featuring age-appropriate games, crafts, music, and playtime led by our caring staff. Dinner is included, and kids will have a blast while parents get a worry-free night to relax.

Celebrate the season with our Twinkle Toes Holiday Session! Dancers will enjoy beginner ballet, creative movement, gymnastics, and games—all inspired by The Nutcracker. The session concludes with a performance of “Waltz of the Flowers,” where dancers can wear their favorite holiday outfit and showcase their skills for family and friends!

This six-week program is the perfect introduction to cheerleading—or a fun way to sharpen your skills!
Participants will learn cheer fundamentals, jumps and sideline cheers, a fun dance routine, safe beginner stunts (at waist level or below).
The session concludes with a Showcase Performance so families can see all of their hard work and progress!

No school, no problem! Drop your kids off at School’s Out Camp for a fun day of games, swimming, racquet sports, inflatables, crafts, sports, and themed activities.

Members Only Programming
Beginner Boxing is meant for those 8 years of age or older who would like to learn the fundamentals of boxing while still doing a high intensity workout that also includes strength training and core work. Our coaches will explain the proper footwork, stance and punches. This class uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.IT). You will give your effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods and instruction. This class replaces the previous Family Boxing class, but families are still encouraged to attend as the class format will be similar. Personal gloves and wraps are required.

Get ready to Twist & Twirl! Our Twinkle Toes Hocus Pocus-themed dance session is perfect for little movers ages 3–5. Held in the Balance Studio on Sundays from 12:45–1:30 PM, this fun and energetic class runs from Aug 22 – Sep 12 through August 3. Dancers will explore rhythm, coordination, and creative movement—all with a spooky twist!

Littles Open Gym welcomes infants through 5-year-olds every Monday from 9:30–10:30 AM on the left side of the basketball court. This unstructured, parent-supervised playtime encourages movement, exploration, and early socialization in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.
