Yoga Classes

Your yoga practice deserves a space to grow. Our Mind & Body Yoga Program offers a thoughtfully designed collection of classes that meet you where you are and help you build strength, mobility, and calm.

At Oxford Athletic Club, we honor the traditions of yoga while continuously evolving the experience. With new class formats, upgraded equipment, and enhanced instructor support, each session is designed to deepen your connection to movement and mindfulness. Our instructors go beyond the mat, offering hands-on guidance for safe alignment, stronger postures, and a more intentional practice.

Yoga Sculpt

A powerful fusion of yoga and strength training. Using dumbbells, bodyweight, and resistance, this class blends mindful movement with full-body conditioning.
