In order for your teenage child to use the fitness floor independently, they must first complete our Junior Certification program. This is a requirement for all children who wish to access the fitness floor. The Junior Certification consists of three 30-minute sessions with a personal trainer, during which they will learn about the safety protocols of the fitness floor and receive guidance on which equipment is appropriate for their age group. Once your child has completed this program, they will be able to use the fitness floor on their own with confidence and safety.
