The Pilates Reformer apparatus uses varying spring loads for assistance and resistance in a controlled series of exercises to achieve core strength, proper muscle length and strength, skeletal alignment, and balance. It is uniquely suited to accommodate all fitness levels and is ideal for rehabilitation.

This class uses the Pilates Chair with more advanced strength and balance exercises to the beat of music. The additional level of mental coordination required provides an intense workout for participants who would like to advance their Pilates Chair skills. Registration recommended.

What I Want Members to Know: I love blending yoga and functional fitness with Pilates to create a contemporary mind-body practice. My goal for every workout is to foster a positive energy that is fun, motivational, safe, and effective!

What I Want Members to Know: With over 25 years of experience in personal training and fitness, I love blending Pilates with creative programming to meet the unique needs of clients of all ages and abilities—including those with varying physical needs.
What I Want Members to Know: I was born in the Soviet Union and trained as a professional ballet dancer, earning a master’s degree in ballet and choreography. After moving to America, I danced with a ballet company and later began working with figure skaters as a member of US Figure Skating. My passion for movement led me to group fitness, where I love helping others stay active and strong.

What I Want Members to Know: With 10 years of teaching experience, I help clients move safely and efficiently to prevent injury and stay active. My expertise is in back injury recovery, rehabilitation, and functional movement for lifelong mobility—something I’ve personally benefited from in my own journey.

What I Want Members to Know: With 30+ years in the fitness industry, I’ve tackled everything from marathons to triathlons—learning to swim and cycle competitively in my late 40s. A proud mom of five and grandma of three, my next goals include the Rachel Carson Trail Challenge—and more grandchildren!
